All our menus are created specifically for us by our very own menu designer. They change seasonally and feature the absolute best of the country’s produce. Wherever possible, we use British organic food, and wherever not, we source from the most superb suppliers worldwide. We can spot culinary trends, but we deliver true classics too – ensuring the "rhubarb" product stays at the cutting edge of food design.

Our winelist is compiled annually by our in house sommelier. It reflects the very best wines and vintages we can find, and not only caters for every budget, but has something on it to suit every "rhubarb" dish too.
