Throughout December "rhubarb" will be part of the festive promo and will be giving away gifts to passengers passing through the airport. The initiative is part of the efforts to promote Heathrow as a world-class dining centre.

Plans for Londonlaunch:LIVE 2010 were unveiled to a packed house at Gallery Mess at the Saatchi Gallery last night. More than 80 top decision-makers from London’s hottest venues and event service companies were present to hear from the London Launch team, and guests were treated to some delicious "rhubarb" food design canapés.
The londonlaunch:LIVE event is taking place at the Saatchi Gallery on 20th and 21st October 2010, will feature over 150 exhibitors, and is expected to attract over 2000 key buyers from London’s event scene. Running across 12 London galleries in the City, West End, Westminster, Southbank and Greater London areas, each event area will have its own unique look, feel and audiovisual experience.
Of particular interest was the design of the event, which is being put together by award-winning interior design and visual merchandising specialists to naturally complement the stunning visual strengths and natural flow of the Galleries involved, with the exhibiting companies being featured on specially created ‘canvases’.
