The Bond & Brook Collection is a daily-changing list of bonnes bouches that can be collated into a satisfying meal, ideal for sharing. An array of cold soups might be partnered with a summer vegetable frittata, a brochette of mustard-and-honey quail, and wild mushroom tarts. Or tomato water jelly on goat’s cheese mousse could join saltimbocca and two herb omelette wraps. Meanwhile, the more focused customer can enjoy vitello tonnato, chicken à la king, the best-ever prawn pad Thai or steak-frites with Café de Paris butter.

The shopping day can also get off to a vigorous start with Bond & Brook Breakfast in a Skillet  - a ladylike fry-up with a Virgin Mary shot – or perhaps Croque Mademoiselle or an egg white omelette with herbs and chilli. How about gold-dusted fondant fancies for afternoon tea…?

A bespoke burnished pewter bar draws the eye into the restaurant’s interior which is divided by form, function and funkiness, complete with an area for coffee and cocktails surrounded by shelves stacked with fashion-related books.
