"rhubarb" London now has over 160 full time members of staff across the organisation, and hundreds more auxilliary, part time and temporary staff. The management team is headed up by Pieter-Bas 'PB' Jacobse as Managing Director, Helen Bowey as Retail Director, and Lucy Gemmell as Creative Director.

"rhubarb" Cranleigh has been managed by Chris and Sarah Hammond since it was invented at their family kitchen table in 'The Cottage'. Today "rhubarb" Cranleigh operates from 'state-of-the-art' facilities based in Surrey and offers a top class service which includes delicious imaginative food using fresh ingredients from local suppliers.

"rhubarb" Henley based in Henley-on-Thames, is known for its fresh and dynamic style, and for its focus on combining sensational food with exceptional presentation and service. Douglas McArthur heads "rhubarb" Henley as its Managing Director.
