Duncan is now enjoying his 30th year in the catering industry. After achieving 7 O levels at school he went on to work in some the UK’s most superb kitchens, including stints at the Dorchester, L’ortolon, Mallory Court and three years at the Two Michelin Star Hotel Le Manoir aux Quatre Saisons with Raymond Blanc. 1n 1999 Duncan was working privately for Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber when he was introduced to “rhubarb”, and he has now been “rhubarb’s” Executive Head Chef for almost 10 years. In this time with “rhubarb” Duncan has loved the privilege of being able to cook at superbly prestigious events such as Elton Johns White Tie and Tiara Ball, the ARK Charity Gala events and even Royal Weddings. |
