Gavin joined “rhubarb” in early 2011 with extensive experience in both design and marketing fields. Previously, as Head of Marketing at CADA - a branding, marketing and interior design company that specialises in the catering sector - he was involved in creating catering concepts, marketing strategies, brand development, retail marketing programmes and multi-channel communication platforms for clients such as Dean & Deluca, Roast restaurant, Pret A Manger, itsu, Galleries La Fayette  and Ping Pong.

Before CADA he worked at MS&L – an international communications agency that is part of Publicis Groupe as Marketing and Graphics Manager. He worked on a range of high profile PR, communications and advertising campaigns for the likes of Philips, P&G, Rolex, Cereal Partners and Nestle. His passion for marketing, design, and communications is combined with in-depth knowledge of the restaurant and food scene. Gavin enjoys being able to first create unique food concepts and then develop them into brands that people love and recognise. He has a holistic approach to marketing that is commercially astute and creatively inspired.
