Paul has vast experience in events, having worked in the industry since 2000. Initially, as Event Manager at the London Aquarium, Paul was responsible for planning and production on all the venue’s dinners, parties and location filming. Paul then went on to work as Business Development Manager at Mosimann's party service (the royal warrant holder), and at Gordon Ramsay Holdings. In the latter post he worked closely with Angela Hartnett, Marcus Wareing and Jason Atherton, and was involved in strategy at Ramsay restaurants in New York, Los Angeles, Miami and Europe. Paul joined “rhubarb” in 2008 and is tasked with attaining sales targets and driving and developing new sales channels. |
