Christmas with “rhubarb”

“rhubarb” has developed a delicious range of Christmas menus to make your festive feast one to remember. From an intimate dinner in the privacy of your own home to a Winter wonderland gala in a unique venue, “rhubarb” has something for all tastes.

Our Christmas menus include local and seasonal ingredients and feature dishes such as Foie Gras parfait with pickled blackberries, pumpkin seed granola and rosemary compressed squash; Heritage beetroot salad with whipped goats cheese, toasted organic seeds and nuts and Cock a leekie terrine with Earl Grey prune chutney, chicory and walnut toast.

Delight your guests with heart warming mains such as roast breast of goose, Confit leg pastilla with heritage carrots rolled in black pudding crumb, parsnip porridge and mulled wine jus or perhaps a classic roasted fillet of Scottish beef with rumbledethumps, spiced red cabbage, parsnip crisps and oxtail jus.

To finish we have Amaretto black cherry Christmas pudding with orange brandy butter and crème anglaise;  Honey roasted figs with warm gingerbread, crème fraiche ice cream and honeycomb or our scrumptious chocolate fondant with a soft cherry centre and almond ice cream, sparkling berries and ameretti.
